
Erin Eldermire biography
Erin Eldermire is the Head of the Veterinary Library at Cornell University. She directs the broader initiatives of the veterinary library while partnering with faculty to conduct research and instruct students.
Erin is one of the founding members of Cornell University Library’s Systematic Review Service, unique in that it primarily supports non-medical systematic reviews. She also instructs information professionals and researchers on conducting systematic reviews with a focus on building capacity for colleagues in resource-limited settings.
She received her Masters degree in Library and Information Science from Syracuse University, and her BA in biology from the University of Montana. Before she became a librarian, she was a wildlife biologist.
